Nan Hawthorne and Brandy Purdy are historical novelists and ravenous readers of the genre. Purdy has two books published to rave reviews, The Confession of Piers Gaveston and Vengeance Is Mine. Hawthorne writes a fictional blog, The Blue Lady Tavern, and is just finishing her first novel, An Involuntary King.

Most of the books on this site are linked through our Amazon Associates bookstore, paying the bills and rewarding our effort a little. Others, not available through Amazon or at least not through their associates commission program, are listed here for the love of novels about the Middle Ages.
